About Us
The Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA) is a progressive regional non-profit policy research think tank based in Kampala.

Established in 2012, CEPA seeks to bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice. The aim of the organisation is to influence change and development by contributing to the public policy-making process through research, innovation, and critical analysis.

CEPA has worked with both Civil society, Government departments, agencies and the Parliament of Uganda to influence policy change and legislation and has authored over 100 policy papers on several government policies and bills that have informed public debate and influenced policy decision making.
